Cardiovascular disease kills approximately 500,000 women a year, and has become the #1 killer of our mothers, wives, sisters, aunts, and friends. We need to do something about those numbers and that’s why I support Go Red for Women. Raising awareness around this disease and healthy lifestyles that promote heart health is important! Because of my family history, I committed to participate in a sprint triathlon this year. My heart and I are currently in training!
